Description

Ryouta from Hatoful Boyfriend!! Will you be his valentine??

This is for the valentine theme from 100hundred themes that yukiSPICE  and I are doing :3
I wanted to  try lineart and man it was a journey >< I'm not sure if I like it or not but I'll keep trying for now. Overall there are a lot of things I like in this piece, the face, the hair and the clothes are done. Also the background was a little fun :3 One thing I don't know what to do with is that right arm (his left) that doesn't exactly work... ughh I don't know...

Yeah! I think you've got some improvement here for sure ^^ I really like this one.
So i'll start off by saying the face is really nicely shaded. Your flesh tones also look better and more natural this time around. Great job with that. The background is also sweet and simple and gets the point across, like shows the viewer what this piece is about. Also, better job on the hair!
There are a few things that could use a little bit more shading. Especially because the face has such detailed shadows and highlights, you could have def added more on the clothing. Under the envelope looks nice, and his flesh tones as i said before, but his shirt and jacket and tie don't really have much shading except for in the deepest crevices. You could also add a few wrinkles to this, since clothing never is just flat, and once you add a couple of wrinkles, it is easier to tell where the shadows go.
I am really impressed with the skin and hair, great job and i can't wait to see the next piece ^^
